摘要目的设计、医院平台系统，改善医疗服务流程。医院系统架构，医院信息系统接口，开发基于微医院医生端、患者端小程序和基于BS端的管理平台，建立用于药品配送的处方流传平台，开发区域监管接口对接监管平台。结果各子系统模块相互承接，能够实现线上全流程医疗服务，医联体模式使远程会诊和双向转诊成为现实，业务数据与监管平台无缝对接，满足区域*策要求。结论医院线下业务转移至线上，并优化了就医流程，克服了时间和地域的限制，颠覆了传统的医疗服务模式，使医疗服务多维化，连接、平衡和放大了医疗资源，促进分级诊疗实施。ObjectiveTodesign，developandimplementtheinternet-basedhospitalinformationplatformsoastoimprovemedicalserviceprocess.MethodsThearchitectureoftheinternet-basedhospitalinformationplatformwasdesigned，anditsinterfacewasestablishedtodevelopthesystembydevelopingAPPswithrespectivedoctorandpatientsidebasedonWeChat-basedofficialaccountsaswellasmanagementplatformsbasedonBS，buildaprescriptioncirculationplatformfordrugdistributionanddeveloparegionalsupervisioninterfacewitharegulatoryplatform.ResultsThesubmodulesundertookoneanother，whichrealizedthewholemedicalserviceonlineononehandandontheother，remoteconsultationandtwo-wayreferralwithinamedicalconsortium.Thebusinessdataandsupervisionplatformwereseamlesslyconnectedtomeettherequirementsofregionalpolicy.ConclusionThesystemcansuccessfullytransferstheofflinebusinessofphysicalhospitalstoonlinebusiness，optimizethemedicalprocess，over
